Key Responsibilities

Order Execution & Fulfillment

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process across retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce channels
• Ensure all orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time
• Handle documentation, including invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), routing guides, and labels
• Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers

Sales Operations

• Support new item setup across retailers and distributors
• Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials
• Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activities
• Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches

Supply Chain & Inventory

• Coordinate production runs with co‑packers and suppliers
• Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE)
