Operations Manager

Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations across assigned client sites. This role manages deployment and scheduling of security personnel, ensures compliance with company policies and client requirements, and monitors performance and incident response. The Operations Manager coordinates with clients to understand operational needs, addresses concerns, and implements service improvements. The role also involves conducting site inspections, reviewing reports and security logs, and supporting investigations related to loss prevention and asset protection. The Operations Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support operational planning, training initiatives, and continuous enhancement of security standards.
