Role Overview

As the Operations Manager, you are the heartbeat of our local logistics Hub. You will hold end-to-end accountability for the efficiency of our logistics ecosystem—from the moment a parcel enters the warehouse to the second it reaches the customer’s door. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that rapid delivery speed never comes at the cost of safety or quality. Your mission is to scale a high-efficiency logistics network, maintaining a 100% fulfilment rate while relentlessly optimizing the cost-per-drop.
