Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Operations Manager- Food and Beverage whowill oversee multiple food and beverage outlets within the F&B Beverage Division. You will assist the Director of Food & Beverage in planning and directing the functions of administration and planning of the outlets to meet the daily needs of operation, managing Outlet Managers to successfully lead the multiple outlets. You will ensure that the marketing calendar, financials, manning and product offering are correct.
