Operations Manager, Field Installations & Service

Camping World is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our growing team in optimizing installation and service operations. You will supervise the Service Department, support shop personnel, train staff on new products and safety procedures, and monitor schedules, productivity, and budgets to maximize installation sales.

You may handle phone support, ensure cradle-to-grave customer service, and maintain a safe work environment while potentially cross-training for additional duties as needed.
