Operations Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support a team of Operations Associates within a fast-paced, service-driven industry. Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Associates to ensure high performance and engagement.

• Oversee day-to-day operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to service-level agreements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational best practices.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, finance, and client-facing partners to support business objectives.
