Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing

Overview

Oversees daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing of food products. Leads production teams, manages schedules, and ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals
  • Supervise, train, and support production staff
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and FDA/USDA requirements
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Ensure proper inventory levels of raw materials and packaging
