• Coordinate contracting inputs across Solution Design, GDM, Finance, and Legal.
• Ensure scoped services, assumptions, and operational details are contract-ready.
• Align scope, pricing tools, and contract language prior to finalization.
• Facilitate timely issue resolution to support contract execution.

Scope Language, Pricing Tools & Legal Reference Materials

• Develop and maintain standardized scope language, pricing frameworks, and related tools.
• Create FAQs and guidance for common MSA and SOW contractual questions in partnership with GDM, Legal and the business.
• Ensure all tools and materials are version-controlled and current.
