Operations Manager

The Depot Manager / Depot Director is responsible for managing depot-level operations, including driver readiness, vehicle deployment coordination, daily attendance, operational discipline, depot productivity, issue resolution, and service quality. This role ensures that the assigned depot operates efficiently and safely, in accordance with company standards, operational KPIs, and market business requirements.

Key Responsibilities 

·       Manage overall daily operations of assigned depot(s), including driver deployment, attendance, readiness, and operational performance.

·       Ensure vehicles, drivers, and supporting resources are properly coordinated for daily service delivery.

·       Monitor depot KPIs including active driver rate, idle car rate, trips per day, trips per car, online hours, attendance, and service compliance.
