Operations Lead

Noah Singapore Securities is in an early-stage build-and-scale phase, focused on establishing and running through the critical paths of a regulated brokerage business. The team operates in a lean setup, so each role is expected to combine strong domain ownership with cross-functional collaboration across business, product, technology, compliance and operations to build a compliant, reliable and client‑centric local platform.

This role is responsible for building and strengthening the middle‑ and back‑office operating model for Noah Singapore Securities. The mission is to establish a MAS‑compliant, scalable and well‑controlled operating backbone covering onboarding, KYC, funding, settlement, reconciliation, risk control and service support, while enabling business growth, product iteration and real client trading activity in a lean‑team environment.
