OPERATIONS LEAD, CEMENT – GRANDE PRAIRIE (GPC)

Address equipmentmanagement, personnel issues, employee and environmental safety and welfare, inaddition to scheduling crews.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure thatTrican's core value, Safe equipment and operations is thepriority in all activities
• Work with BaseManager to interview and hire new employees, conduct disciplinary action,evaluations and reviews, training and competency requirements, as well asemployee welfare concerns at the base
• Ensure adherenceto Workplace Safety, Environmental, National Safety Code, Trican WellService Ltd, government, as well as client policies and regulations
• Ensure jobquality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Tricancompany standards, government legislation, and customer requirements
