About the Role
About the job We're looking for an Operations Intern to support the operations team at Griffin Labs—a pre-seed embodied AI and robotics company building intelligent machines for facilities management in Singapore. You will help turn plans into executed work: detailed runbooks for events and visits, procurement and logistics tracking, finance and admin coordination, and reliable follow-up across engineering and go-to-market.
This is a hands-on role with real deliverables: the timelines, checklists, and status trackers you maintain will keep investor visits, exhibitions, facilities pilots, and day-to-day company operations on schedule. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving hardware and AI startup where deadlines and dependencies matter.
