Operations Intern

Your mission

As our Operations Intern, you'll learn the operational backbone of our business by running it yourself, then start turning that knowledge into the AI tooling and automation that lets a lean team move fast and handle real volume.

It starts with the real work. You'll process customer cases across our financial products, handling the due diligence and onboarding steps that take an applicant from first touch to live customer. Running these cases yourself is what builds your understanding of every workflow: the friction, the breakpoints, the repetition. That's what lets you spot where AI and automation can take over the heavy lifting, and start building it.

You'll work closely with the Operations team and report to the Head of Operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership internship with real room to grow.
