Engage with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on bunker delivery arrangements.
Observe bunker loading and discharging activities to safeguard operational efficiency and compliance.
Compile and validate operational documents, including Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN), cargo documents, delivery reports, port documentation, and Statements of Facts (SOF).
