The company is a growing UK short-term rental and property management business, currently managing 12 properties with plans to scale to 25+ units.

The business is founder‑led, with a lean structure supported by a virtual assistant handling guest communication and ad hoc maintenance support. As the company enters its next growth phase, there is a strong need to introduce structure, systems and operational improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, systems‑driven, and data‑focused Operations & Systems Coordinator to take ownership of operational infrastructure and performance optimisation across the business.

This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for:
