Operations Coordinator

Your Missions Receive and process incoming shipments of products, including checking for accuracy, verifying quantity and quality, and noting any discrepancies Assist outgoing shipments of products, including picking, packing, and labeling items for shipment Keep accurate records of inventory levels and locations by performing daily cycle count Perform reconciliation for variants in the cycle counts Maintain a clean, safe and sustainable warehouse through 5S housekeeping and organizing shelves and recyclables. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase Operations efficiency Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Team Lead Your Talents Minimum Diploma in Logistics Services or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Familiarity with computerized inventory management processes and systems. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required
