Operations Coordinator - Otolaryngology

The Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery within a complex academic medical center environment. This role supports clinical, academic, and research missions by coordinating contracts, tracking key deadlines, facilitating faculty incentive processes, and ensuring timely completion of departmental deliverables.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting faculty across subspecialties including head and neck oncology, rhinology, laryngology, otology/neurotology, pediatric otolaryngology, and facial plastic surgery.
