About the Role

**Position Summary**

The Operations Coordinator is responsible and accountable to assist the SI Operations Group in all efforts. In addition, this role may support the other departments as necessary.​

**Position Details**

+ Manage Docusign and shared operations calendar for Operations Manager(s) daily
+ Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports​
+ Schedule interviews and book travel
+ Assists in setting up projects and mobilization/demobilization​
+ Organize and book social events for the operations group
+ Log training for new hires, and provide backup support for employee onboarding

**Qualifications**

+ Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
+ 1-3 years related experience and/or training in the construction field preferred.​
