Operations Associate
to support daily warehouse and operational activities at our Singapore fulfillment hub. The role covers inbound inventory management, returns processing, inventory organization, and cross-team operational support. You'll be working closely with the Operations Manager and collaborating across departments in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. What You'll Do
Inbound and Inventory Management Manage inbound purchase orders including quantity tallying, quality checks, and receiving inventory into the system Maintain and organize warehouse bin locations to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Support stocktake activities and help resolve basic inventory discrepancies Flag and escalate inbound shipment issues to the appropriate team member Returns Processing Handle returns order management and ensure accurate processing and inventory reconciliation Outbound Fulfillment Support Assist the outbound...
