The primary purpose of this position is to assist the director of the dependent Youth Program and dependent School Age Program in the administrative duties of facility operations. Responsibilities Receives and directs callers or visitors. Provides information about the organization, functions, activities, and personnel. Maintains financial requirements/procedures and oversees transactions. Maintains and updates children's records and program suspense's. Assists in the management and control of facilities, equipment, supplies, and operations. Tracks and monitors works orders.
