The primary purpose of this position is to To serve as full deputy to the Chief of Civil Engineering Operations. To exercise technical and administrative supervision over subordinate superintendents, supervisors and workers assigned to five distinct organizational segments comprised of fifteen dissimilar and unrelated duty sections.
