About the Role

Minimum requirements:

  • Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related qualification
  • Additional QMS / ISO administration training will be advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role
  • At least 3 years’ experience handling compliance, quality management, or accreditation administration
  • Previous experience within an accredited training environment is highly advantageous

    Key Duties:

  • Maintain learner records, attendance registers, assessments, and compliance files
  • Manage enrolments, learner agreements, and onboarding administration
  • Prepare and maintain QCTO, MERSETA, AHK, and OHS audit documentation
  • Handle SETA registrations, reporting, and learnership administration
