Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling with our customers for all installations
- Manage fast turnaround times and ensure installations have short lead times
- Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls and email correspondence
- Escalate enquiries or issues to relevant departments and ensure proper follow‑up
- Ensure quality customer service and maintain good phone etiquette
- Provide customer support activities
- Quality checking of new processed sales agreements
- Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad‑hoc duties as required
