About The Role

We're looking for an experienced operational professional to support our Branch Network by delivering frontline process training, improving compliance, reducing shrinkage and solving day‑to‑day operational challenges.

You’ll work hands‑on with branches to drive audit performance, stock accuracy and smooth month‑end processes, stepping in where support is needed most. You will be delivering process training to frontline Branch staff whilst supporting the Branch Network in hitting PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage while resolving key Operational issues.

Main Duties

• Deliver operational training to new starters and existing branch teams
• Maintain regional operational training plans
• Complete Operational Health Checks and support audit outcomes
