Operation Manager - Futures

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Futures to lead and manage the daily operations of our futures trading business. This role will be responsible for futures product operations, trading volume growth, user activation, campaign planning, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in crypto exchange futures operations, strong data sensitivity, good business understanding, and the ability to drive trading growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Futures Business Operations Manage the daily operations of futures trading products, including product launch support, trading activity monitoring, user operations, and issue escalation.
