About the Role

            Responsibilities  Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, including the receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo. 
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the air cargo industry. 
Coordinate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement. 
Prepare and process required documentation, such as air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices. 
Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders. 
Handle and resolve any issues or exceptions related to cargo, including delays, damages, or discrepancies. 
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehousing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 
Maintain accurate records of all air cargo operations, including cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information.
