About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform office management support services at alternate sites, as and when required or needed
  • Assist the Ops Executive when additional help is required to perform office management support services as and when required
  • Assist Team LEad in by collating from all sites on the various office management services for consolidation of the Monthly Report to the Authority
  • Check and conduct annual verification of AEDs
  • Monitor items in the First Aid Box to ensure that there are sufficient supplies and the supplies are usable
  • Procure and replenish of office sundries and stationary supplies when items are running low
  • Verify, perform goods received and payment for new purchases
  • Liaise with officers on room and facilities booking within the building
  • De-conflicting of bookings due to priority of events/meetings
