Job Overview

This position is based in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, and it is a 12-month contract position.

Duties & Responsibilities Applying in-depth technical knowledge of Open Text products for technical implementation. Ensuring each Open Text product is correctly installed and configured to solution design and industry best practices. Ensuring that product integration is configured and utilized optimally and aligned to the correct API/web service. Applying a comprehensive understanding of the full setup and configuration of the system and its components. Desired Experience & Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Specialist I Consultant or equivalent role.
