  • Outlook Manage/troubleshoot Outlook plugins/add-ins that may stop working or become disabled by Outlook
    Troubleshoot mail sync issues (emails not syncing, sent messages being stuck in outbox, etc.)

  • Teams Resolve sound input/output related issues with connected audio devices, specifically Bluetooth devices that executives useCconnecting to conference room using laptop or mobile device

  • Excel Re-enabling plugins/COM add-ins that may stop working unexpectedly

  • Printer/Scanner Troubleshooting
