Online marketplace specialist (La Línea de la Concepción)

The Role

The Online Marketplace Specialist will own the day‑to‑day operations and performance of TCL's key e‑commerce marketplace channels across integral and regional platforms. This role requires a hands‑on operator who can manage the full channel lifecycle from product listing to paid campaigns while bringing a strong understanding of both Western and Chinese marketplace ecosystems. You will report directly to the Department Manager.

Key Accountabilities

1. Marketplace Operations – Manage end‑to‑end product listing processes across assigned channels, including titles, descriptions, images, and content accuracy.

   Own channel health monitoring and resolve listing issues, suppressed content, or compliance flags proactively.

   Maintain up‑to‑date product catalogues across platforms ensuring consistency and quality.
