Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients through online meetings, cold calling, and other networking techniques.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable products or digital solutions.
  • Present, promote, and close sales while working towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and provide basic after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfortable with online communication.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for digital solutions.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
