One Identity Manager

<ul> <li>Hands-on experience to monitor and manage daily One IM batch jobs</li> <li>Experience in handling Job Server operations, including configuration, availability, and performance monitoring</li> <li>Administer and maintain One Identity Manager database (SQL Server)</li> <li>Perform job queue monitoring and troubleshooting via Job Queue Info tools</li> <li>Analyze and resolve failed jobs, sync issues, and workflow errors</li> <li>Ensure system uptime, performance, and operational stability</li> <li>Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution</li> <li>Maintain logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues</li> </ul>
