Onboarding Success Executive

We're seeking for an Onboarding Success Executive to join our expanding team.
A fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same - bring your experience into a newly developed position.
This role will provide additional support to manage the live tasks for the Onboarding Success Team, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities of the role:
- **Customer Onboarding**:
- Conduct personalized welcome calls based on tailored scripts for each customer segment (Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Property Managers, Developers/Builders, Real Estate Photographers, Short Term Rental Companies).
- Conduct live webinars and answer chats for prerecorded webinars for standard onboarding processes.
**System Familiarization**:
**Sales and Cross-Selling**:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling during onboarding and follow-up calls.
