About the Role
Qualifications: What you need to bring2+ years' experience in human resources and/or customer service and/or operations required. Must be service-orientated. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Must be able to collaborate and possess consensus building skills. Must be able to solve problems and provide optimal resolutions to conflicts. Must be able to work in high-pressure situations. Must be familiar with MS Office Suite. Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required. Qualified collector or able to become qualified within 30 days of hire, required.
