On-Site IT Support Specialist — Freelance/Backfill

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activities. The role covers desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and collaboration with vendors.

The successful candidate will manage IT assets, assist with AV setups, Office 365 issues, and ensure SLAs are met while delivering high-touch end-user support.
