About the Role
Join Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre as an On-Site Black Health Social Worker. You will deliver trauma-informed support and advance health equity in Black communities through culturally responsive mental health services.
This full-time position emphasizes clinical counselling and direct service delivery to Black individuals, children, and families. You will utilize your expertise in addressing systemic inequities while promoting emotional well-being and resilience. Working on-site, you will also engage in crisis intervention and early support initiatives.
