Om - Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW

Omis a bar & nightclub from the team behind Brilliant Corners, Giant Steps, mu & Idle Moments.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager.

The role is for evenings and late nights on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as occasional Sundays and Thursdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming guests, articulating the house rules and the music programme;
• Acting as a key point of contact for DJs, artists and the guest list;
• Working alongside the General Manager, the Security Team and the Bar Team to ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality or music venues;
• A working knowledge of the music, DJs and cultural events we programme;
• Confidence managing busy late-night environments;
• Calm, professional and articulate under pressure.
