As an Offnet Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating the implementation of third-party (off-net) circuits, IRUs, and colocation connectivity that support new market launches and network expansion initiatives. Acting as the primary liaison between telecommunications vendors and internal Network Operations, OSP, and Implementation teams, this role manages multiple concurrent projects from signed service order through implementation.
