Officer - Customer Service - City Walk

Job Role

Serve as a customer service guide by handling customer and tenant interactions while attending and processing the administrative requirements of the asset, coordinating daily communications and documents between the asset and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact, interaction, and service representative for all visitors and tenants within the asset to provide excellent service levels and a superior customer experience, and to act as an ambassador for Merex.
• Serve as a visitor directory service to direct customers to stores & services.
• Ensure smooth and well‑organized operations at the Information Desk, providing all customers efficient services and ensuring that their expectations are constantly met.
• Guide customers within and outside Merex premises by ensuring knowledge of Merex assets, its facilities, and the city of Dubai.
