Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of processing client billing and receivables, processing payroll, maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Essential Functions

· Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll

· Processes new hire paperwork and submits E-Verify cases

· Collects driver timesheets and obtains client approval for processing

· Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions

· Ensures financial compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
