About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Office Secretary / Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the management & sales team.
Production of quotations for customers in a clear, detailed and accurate manner
Follow-up all communications,
Maintain proper filling, documents, orders, etc and follow up until logistics stage.
Initiate customer request related to non-conformity
Other assigned duties related to the function
Practice good phone skills in terms of the ability to open, manage and close a presales, technical sales support calls,
Provide / prepare accurate and timely pricing and knowledge of bidding and its required documentation.
Provide accurate and timely order entry
Ensure successful product evaluations.
Experience with PQR (Pre-Qualification) is a preferable
Experience with Bid/Tender Preparation is a preferable
Experience with Logistic Process
Preferable Bachelor’s Degree
Strong Computer skills including knowledge of MS office product...
