Job Overview
The purpose of the job is to provide high level administrative support and secretarial assistance, including but not limited to managing office administration tasks, maintaining schedules, arranging travel, planning arrangements, and arranging meetings efficiently for the Executive Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written)
- Minimum experience required: More than 4 years in a similar role
