Office Leasing Agent

Job Description:

• Market and promote available office spaces to prospective tenants
• Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Conduct property viewings and present leasing proposals
• Negotiate lease terms and close leasing deals
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, and brokers
• Prepare leasing documentation and coordinate contract processing
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates in Cebu
• Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in office and corporate leasing preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Cebu commercial real estate market is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
