What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Provide general administrative support to the office team

+ Answer and direct incoming calls and greet visitors professionally

+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files

+ Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization

+ Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics

+ Support email correspondence and internal communications

+ Assist with special projects and day-to-day office tasks as needed
