Office Assistant II - Lakeview Urologic Surgeons Float

Lakeview Urologic Surgeons is seeking an Office Assistant II to join their team! This position will float between the urology and rheumatology and may also need to cover the pediatric urology office at times based on staffing needs, so the selected candidate must be willing to work at multiple locations. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm. No holidays, evenings or weekends are required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be comfortable handling a large number of patient interactions both in person and over the phone, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a medical office setting, familiarity with scheduling and insurance processes, and proficiency with electronic systems are strongly preferred.
