Our client in the Architectural and Project Management industry is looking for an Office Assistant/ Finance Administrator.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain all office expenses
  • Controlling Petty Cash, including office maintenance expenses
  • Domestic Staff remuneration
  • Capturing of site disbursements and all other expenses
  • Control Stationery
  • Maintain Domestic Schedules
  • Labelling and filing of office administration system
  • Collection of office post
  • Booking flights, car rentals and accommodation for staff
  • Managing staff meal orders, payments and collection
  • Arranging refreshments for meetings
  • Assist Marketing manager with tender documents
  • Send parcels locally and internationally
  • AIl other administration duties
