About the Role

City El-Ain Egypt. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in El-Ain Egypt. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing and preparing outgoing mail
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing materials and arranging logistics
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
  • Keep the office clean and organized at all times
