About the Role
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

- Office coordination and maintenance responsibilities which include, but not limited to the following duties required to support the working location:
- distribute access badges and keep up with monthly badge list;
- pick up and distribute mail;
- order catering for meetings and events in the office;
- proactively order office and kitchen supplies and maintain stock in store room and in lunch room;
- coordinate office IT needs, keep printers stocked, and understand the in-office AV equipment;
