About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Damaged Vehicles Branch in Lower Hutt for an Administration Superstar to join our team.

The key focus of this role is to proactively assist with the efficient running of the regions Damaged & End of Life auction bookings. The role will involve booking vehicles in for auction via our online system, completing and checking documentation, assisting customers with their enquiries both face to face and via telephone and assisting the Office Manager with general administration duties as required.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has a high attention to detail and who demonstrates outstanding customer services at all times. You are positive and professional in all your dealings with others and possess a high standard of integrity.
