About the Role

Job Description

  • Shift  start time of 5:30 am daily, Monday to Friday
  • First 2 hours in dispatch, then move to office duties, including
  • Various Admin functions including,
  • Calling customers, 
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering phones, providing customer service
  • Printing labels, 
  • Supporting foreman and dispatchers 
  • Payroll time cards.
  • Filing
  • Sorting, organizing
  • OS&D
